SynoTrimmer was created without an apple developer account to keep prices down for you ($0 at lowest) and gauge interest so this app is not signed and you will receive the usual apple warning when running it for the first time, to allow the software on your mac go to Settings –> Privacy & Security and scroll down till you see this:
Once downloaded simply unzip the file and move it to your Mac’s Applications folder.
